A single layer of apple green lace over a single layer of aqua chiffon, elastic waist, made of 100% nylon chiffon, imported. This item needs leggings worn underneath due to how sheer the chiffon is and that it is not as full as a standard pettiskirt. The waist on the 10 & 12 will fit teens. We are waiting to receive length measurements from Kaiya Eve Vintage and will provide them here, once available.
