RETURN INFORMATION:
ALL returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges must include a Return Authorization number. Please contact us via our toll-free phone number, email or Live Chat to acquire a return authorization number. This number must be prominently noted on the outside of your return package. Any packages returned without a RA# will not be accepted. Any package postmarked more than 10 days after receipt by customer will not be accepted. One of the reasons we require this is to address any customer service issues as soon as possible, which often result in the customer keeping the item or assisting them with a solution.
As of July 5, 2008, due to the rising cost of fuel & shipping and efforts to keep our shipping fees for purchases as low as possible, exchange items must be processed by placing a new order. When you contact us for an RA# to exchange a regular priced item or an exchange only sale item, a new order will be placed for the exchange item and shipped to you immediately and shipping charges will apply. No free shipping promotions, offers or coupons will apply to items being shipped as part of an exchange. Your account will be credited for the returned item once it is received and inspected.
All orders were inspected prior to shipping for any defects, but please inspect the items in your order, upon receiving them, for any damage or defects. Upon delivery, if your package seems to have been opened or tampered with, please inspect the shipment in the presence of the delivery person and refuse shipment if you find the order to be incomplete or damaged in any way. Please notify us of any damaged/defective items within 7 days of delivery.
Regular-priced in-stock items may be returned or exchanged with new exchange order placed at time of acquiring your Return Authorization number.
Sale items (those not on Clearance page) may be exchanged only.
Clearance items (those displayed on Clearance page) are FINAL SALE.

Shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly and deducted from any refunded amount if free shipping was offered as a benefit of ordering over a specified amount or if there was a free shipping promotion.

Pettiskirt Place is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. We suggest you insure your return shipments and request delivery confirmation (Priority Mail includes delivery confirmation). The cost of shipping returns/exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser. Expect to see any refunds on your account within 30 days.
Items may not be returned or exchanged if damaged (unless manufacturer's defect), used, worn, washed or the hangtags are removed. If someone will not be available to sign for the package, please leave a SIGNED note for your mail carrier. However, we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered. Pre-orders are items ordered in advance of our store having them in stock. We offer this service as a way for you, our customer, to have first availability of new designs for the upcoming seasons, as well as backordered merchandise. Pre-order purchases require a 50% deposit (order will show full amount, but will be adjusted by our office upon processing, only charging 50%). The pre-ordered items will be reserved for you from our merchandise orders to be received and will be shipped immediately upon our receiving them. If your pre-order is cancelled or returned, the amount of your pre-ordered merchandise will be refunded to you, minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges (if the order has shipped to the customer). Shipping charges on shipped orders are non-refundable. Shipping fees are charged per shipment. If pre-orders are made with currently stocked items, shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect the 2 shipments, as if they were two separate orders.
Our noted shipping dates or date range on pre-orders is the time given to us by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for deliveries arriving to us beyond the expected date and cancellations due to delivery being late will be subject to the 25% restocking fee, unless the delivery is refused by our company, in which case a full refund will be given.
RETURN INFORMATION:ALL returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges must include a Return Authorization number. Please contact us via our toll-free phone number, email or Live Chat to acquire a return authorization number. This number must be prominently noted on the outside of your return package. Any packages returned without a RA# will not be accepted. Any package postmarked more than 10 days after receipt by customer will not be accepted. One of the reasons we require this is to address any customer service issues as soon as possible, which often result in the customer keeping the item or assisting them with a solution.
As of July 5, 2008, due to the rising cost of fuel & shipping and efforts to keep our shipping fees for purchases as low as possible, exchange items must be processed by placing a new order. When you contact us for an RA# to exchange a regular priced item or an exchange only sale item, a new order will be placed for the exchange item and shipped to you immediately and shipping charges will apply. No free shipping promotions, offers or coupons will apply to items being shipped as part of an exchange. Your account will be credited for the returned item once it is received and inspected.
All orders were inspected prior to shipping for any defects, but please inspect the items in your order, upon receiving them, for any damage or defects. Upon delivery, if your package seems to have been opened or tampered with, please inspect the shipment in the presence of the delivery person and refuse shipment if you find the order to be incomplete or damaged in any way. Please notify us of any damaged/defective items within 7 days of delivery.
Regular-priced in-stock items may be returned or exchanged with new exchange order placed at time of acquiring your Return Authorization number.
Sale items (those not on Clearance page) may be exchanged only.
Clearance items (those displayed on Clearance page) are FINAL SALE.

Shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly and deducted from any refunded amount if free shipping was offered as a benefit of ordering over a specified amount or if there was a free shipping promotion.
After 10 days of receipt of purchase, all sales are final.
Pettiskirt Place is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. We suggest you insure your return shipments and request delivery confirmation (Priority Mail includes delivery confirmation). The cost of shipping returns/exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser. Expect to see any refunds on your account within 30 days.
Items may not be returned or exchanged if damaged (unless manufacturer's defect), used, worn, washed or the hangtags are removed. Child Of Eve, LLC reserves the right to inspect items and refuse refund or exchange after receiving them for return, if the items have been damaged, worn, washed or had the hangtags removed.
